About Us:
Member Managed
We are a member managed community governed by a Board of Directors elected by the community. The Board elects the Officers who manage our Home Owners Association. All officers serve without compensation. We do not employ a management company which helps keep our association fees reasonable (currently $235 per quarter). Notice of Board of Director meetings, and other important information, will be displayed on Bulletin Board near the mailboxes and will be sent to members on email. Annual Members Meeting is held on March 31, unless it is a Saturday, Sunday or Legal Holiday.
